KÜHLTEC® — Australia-Wide Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the eligibility, limitations, and service conditions of KÜHLTEC’s Australia-Wide Free Shipping offer for Fusion Pro-Series machines. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:
1. Eligibility
Free shipping applies only to KÜHLTEC® Fusion Pro-Series machines purchased directly from “Kuhltec Pty Ltd”.
Valid for all Australian states and territories, with the exceptions outlined below.
Offer covers standard road-freight delivery from KÜHLTEC’s Melbourne warehouse to the customer’s nominated address.
2. Delivery Locations Not Included
Free shipping does not apply to:
Remote islands (e.g., Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands).
Extremely remote or inaccessible areas classified by freight carriers as “Remote Zone” or “Limited Access.”
Locations requiring special transport (barge-only access, no road access, high-security sites).
If additional charges apply, KÜHLTEC will notify the customer before dispatch.
3. Delivery Method & Service Level
Standard delivery is kerbside only.
Drivers are not required to move the crate inside the premises, upstairs, or through restricted pathways.
Customers must ensure:
Suitable access for pallet truck unloading
Adequate staff/equipment on-site to receive the machine
Delivery does not include installation unless arranged separately.
4. Dispatch Timeframes
In-stock units dispatch within 1–5 business days.
Pre-order units dispatch immediately once stock arrives.
External delays caused by carriers, weather, ports, or other force-majeure conditions are outside KÜHLTEC’s control.
5. Standard Delivery Timeframes
Typical transit windows:
VIC, NSW, SA, ACT: 2–5 business days
QLD: 3–7 business days
WA, NT, TAS: 5–12 business days
Regional and remote areas may require additional time.
6. Delivery Address & Address Changes
Shipping from KÜHLTEC’s warehouse to your nominated address is free of charge.
If you need to change the delivery address, you must inform KÜHLTEC as early as possible.
We will attempt to update the delivery address free of charge, provided the freight has not entered a stage where carrier redirection fees apply.
If the carrier applies a redirection fee, this will be payable by the customer.
7. Additional Services (Optional Add-Ons)
The following are not included in free shipping:
Installation
Rubbish/packaging removal
Express or priority shipping
Special access deliveries (tail-lift trucks, multi-man delivery, inside delivery, stairs)
Any additional charges will be confirmed by your KÜHLTEC Sales Representative before booking.
8. Delivery Appointment & Contactability
Delivery may require phone or email coordination from the freight company.
Customers must provide accurate contact details and receive the delivery at the arranged time.
Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur redelivery or storage fees.
9. Inspection on Arrival & Transit Damage
Customers must inspect the pallet/crate at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage must be:
Noted on the delivery docket
Reported to KÜHLTEC within 24 hours, with photo/video evidence
Failure to comply may affect insurance and claim eligibility.
10. Incorrect Address or Access Issues
Free shipping does not cover:
Incorrect or incomplete address provided
Unsafe or inaccessible unloading conditions
Delays caused by lack of unloading equipment or manpower
Any related redelivery or waiting-time fees will be charged to the customer.
11. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Due to high-value equipment, ATL is not recommended and will only be accepted if requested in writing.
If ATL is authorised, KÜHLTEC is not liable for theft, loss, or damage after delivery.
12. Freight Insurance
All machines ship with transit insurance arranged by KÜHLTEC.
Claims must follow carrier guidelines and the inspection rules outlined above.
13. Policy Updates
KÜHLTEC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
